CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking an experienced Weighbridge Officer to join the Shoal Bay Area team in Darwin, NT. Role Objective The Weighbridge Officer will support the Resource Recovery Area Facility, accurately managing incoming and outgoing waste materials including white goods, batteries, e‑waste, and paints. The role oversees transfer, packaging, and loading of waste onto contractor trucks, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations while maintaining efficient tracking of diverse waste streams. Responsibilities Transfer and arrange white goods, batteries, e‑waste, paints, and other waste streams for contractor transport Oversee degassing of white goods and safe loading onto trucks Package waste materials safely and appropriately for transportation Maintain the Resource Recovery Area in a clean, neat, and safe condition Assist residents with drop‑offs and provide guidance when required Perform manual handling tasks safely and in line with WHS procedures Our Ideal Candidate Experience in forklift operations (current licence required) Strong attention to detail and physical fitness Good communication skills and customer service focus Holds an Ochre Card Ability to work safely and maintain compliance standards What We Offer: Monday to Friday – 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM Temporary role – approx. 3 months Pay rate: $45.76 per hour Penalties Immediate start available Weekly pay cycle A supportive and collaborative team environment Apply: If you believe you’re the right person for this role, please click APPLY , or contact Ronny from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 0489 260 059 or by email: ronny@celotti.com.au .
